1. About us

The NSCIT website is operated by Nova Outdoor Alliance LLC, a company formed in Wyoming, United States. Its principal office address on file is 30 N Gould St Unit 215, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Its mailing address on file is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. These are not return addresses.

For enquiries, email support@nscit.us. Our team handles messages manually and aims to provide an initial response within three business days.

2. Current stage of the website

We are preparing our products and sales services for launch. The website currently provides product and support information and accepts free expressions of interest. Product sales and paid preorders are not offered at this stage. Registering interest does not create an order, take payment, reserve stock or promise a specific launch or delivery date.

3. Free interest registration

You may voluntarily provide contact information to register interest. Provide accurate information that you are authorised to use. You can view or cancel your registration through the secure link in the registration email, or contact support for help. Cancelling a free registration does not involve an order refund.

4. Product information and future sales

Product information and availability plans may change during launch preparation. Before sales begin, we will publish the available products, sales regions, prices, payment, delivery, returns, refunds and warranty terms. A free interest registration will not automatically become a paid order or authorise us to charge you.

5. Website use and content

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful access, malicious disruption or infringement of others’ rights. Website text, images, branding and software are protected by the relevant rights and may not be copied or commercially used except as permitted by law or authorised. Product information does not replace official instructions or applicable safety requirements.

6. Privacy, contact and updates

The website Privacy Policy describes website data processing; the App Privacy Policy separately covers App data. Contact support@nscit.us with questions. Updates to these terms will state an effective date, and sales terms will be published before sales begin. This notice does not exclude rights under applicable law or retrospectively change transactions or commitments already made.
