Refund policy

NSCIT is not currently offering product sales or paid preorders. Free interest registration takes no payment and creates no purchase, so cancelling it does not involve a product return or order refund. You can cancel through the secure link in your registration email or contact support@nscit.us for help.

Sales return windows, item-condition requirements, return shipping costs, refund methods and timing, exchanges and warranty arrangements remain undecided and will be published before sales begin. A return address has not yet been designated. Please do not send products to the company’s addresses on file.

If you believe you have already paid us or need help with an existing product, email support@nscit.us with the relevant order or payment record for manual review. Do not send full payment-card details. We aim to provide an initial response within three business days. This prelaunch notice does not cancel or reduce any statutory rights or valid commitments that have already arisen.
