Spotter
What is included in the Spotter package?
Each Spotter ships with the unit, hard travel case, USB-C charging cable, lens cloth, and quick start guide. Universal mount adapters are sold separately.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 8 hours of continuous use on a full charge with mixed AR features active. Standby time exceeds 30 days.
Is Spotter waterproof?
Spotter is rated IPX7 — fully sealed against immersion up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Suitable for rain, snow, and occasional submersion. Not designed for diving.
Does Spotter work with my scope?
Spotter mounts to most rifle scopes via the universal adapter system. See the compatibility chart on the product page or contact us with your scope brand and model for a definitive answer.
Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
US orders ship within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground (3-5 business day delivery). Expedited and international options available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries via DHL Express. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates within 24 hours of dispatch.

What is your return policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on unused items in original packaging. Buyer covers return shipping unless the item is defective.
How long is the warranty?

How do I file a warranty claim?

Where can I download the latest firmware?
Firmware updates are delivered through the companion app. You can also download manuals and the app directly.
The app can't connect to my Spotter — what do I do?
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled, the Spotter is powered on, and the app has location permission (required by iOS/Android for BLE). If the issue persists, restart both devices and try pairing again. Still stuck? Contact us.
